Biography:
With over 15 years of experience spanning hospitality, executive support and business operations, I have built my career on delivering excellence, precision, and people-first service. Starting in the Philippines’ fast-paced BPO industry, I honed my customer care skills before transitioning to the UAE, where I embraced new challenges across luxury hospitality, enterprise development and real estate.
From coordinating VIP client experiences at Fairmont the Palm to supporting C-suite leadership at a growing tech startup, I have learned how to thrive in dynamic environments while driving structure, trust, and results. Today, as part of the Vacation Homes Operations team at Exclusive Links Real Estate, I continue to channel my strengths in communication, organization, and adaptability to help deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, I am a passionate advocate for animal welfare. Supporting local shelters and giving second chances to animals in need is something close to my heart, and I am proud to be part of a growing community that stands for compassion and change.
