Biography:
As a non-degree holder, I found it challenging to secure well-paying work in the Philippines, which ultimately led me to pursue opportunities in the UAE in 2017. I began in an operational role as an Office Assistant in 2018 and although my journey was briefly interrupted by the pandemic, it marked the start of a truly transformative chapter.
I restarted my career with Allsopp & Allsopp Real Estate where dedication and perseverance enabled me to progress rapidly over four years—from Office Cleaner to Admin Assistant and finally to Property Management Coordinator. I later moved to Kaizen, taking on the role of Property Associate, where I specialized in key functions such as tenancy renewals.
Today, I am honoured to be part of the Exclusive Links team, bringing with me a wealth of experience across administration, operations and full property lifecycle management. My approach to work is guided by my core philosophy: “True excellence comes from recognizing your highest accountability. My best work should be my default work. I work as if God is always watching.”
Beyond my professional life, I lead a well-rounded and fulfilling lifestyle. I volunteer as both a musician and Audio Technician at my church, playing guitar, piano and bass. I also maintain balance and energy through sports, particularly basketball.
