Biography:
I joined the Dubai real estate market in 2010 and with this experience I have grown to become a highly successful and prominent figure in the industry. As my career has progressed from brokering to building and managing sales teams my passion for Real Estate as an industry has only strengthened. I have always remained focused on delivering the highest quality of customer service to my clients and ensuring my sales team maintains that high standard with their own.
I joined Exclusive Links in 2018 and played an integral part in setting up the Dubai Marina Shop ready for opening its doors in April 2019. As Dubai Marina Branch Manager, I have managed a growing team of property professionals, met company targets and also retained our position as the leading Dubai Marina Real Estate company of choice for leads and listings. Whilst working as part of a larger picture and always within company guidelines, it has been important to stand alone as a strong player in the local community and I am proud of the position and presence our office holds in Dubai Marina.
Before joining Exclusive Links, I have worked in sales managerial roles with some of the most prestigious Real Estate Agencies in Dubai including Engel & Volkers, Better Homes and Sloanes Real Estate. I am passionate about driving talent as a competitive differentiator and leading by example ensuring my team meet their clients’ needs as well as managing personal and company expectations.
On a personal note, before embarking on my highly successful sales career, I was an under 20’s international athlete for Scotland competing in the 400M. A self-confessed non-whiskey drinking Scotsman, I am fully settled into family life in Dubai with my wife and son..
