Yes. Owners can reserve their property for personal use, subject to existing Guest bookings and the terms of the management agreement. We recommend giving as much notice as possible, particularly during high-demand periods. Any owner-stay charges or management terms will be confirmed in your agreement.
The Owner remains responsible for the property's utilities and service charges. Where included within the management arrangement, Exclusive Links Vacation Homes can coordinate or settle agreed property expenses on the Owner's behalf and account for them through the monthly statement.
