Biography:
Having relocated to Dubai in 1996, I began my professional journey with the prestigious Emirates Airlines, where I swiftly progressed to the role of Purser by the age of 26. From the outset, I have been driven by a commitment to excellence in leadership, customer service, and operational delivery, values that continue to shape my approach today.
Over nearly three decades as a long-term resident of Dubai, I’ve had the unique privilege of witnessing the city's remarkable transformation and the introduction of freehold property ownership in 2002, an evolution that ignited my passion for real estate.
As an experienced international property investor, landlord, and developer, I founded Exclusive Real Estate in 2005, turning my passion into a purpose-led business. In 2011, I played a pivotal role in a strategic industry merger, leading to the formation of Exclusive Links Real Estate, now recognized as one of the UAE’s most respected and established real estate brokerages. Under my leadership as Managing Director and Co-Owner, Exclusive Links has earned numerous accolades, including the Best Real Estate Agency 2024 award from the World Realty Congress. On a personal level, I was honoured to receive the Best Woman Managing Director – Real Estate Sector award in 2024 from the Women’s Tabloid Awards.
A trusted voice in the industry, I regularly contribute to leading media publications, and I host our monthly podcast, Property Talk from Louise’s Lounge, where I share insights, trends, and expert commentary. I have also been featured on the covers of Prestige Property magazine, recognized as one of Dubai’s most influential women in real estate.
Proudly supporting female empowerment in a traditionally male-dominated field, I am an advocate of the Property Finder She4She mentorship initiative, which aims to inspire and elevate women into leadership roles across the real estate sector.
