I'm sharing my experience with Nick in finding an apartment in the Peninsula One Waterfront Residences. I've rented a fair few places around the world over the past decade, but none of the agents I've dealt with have made me feel as at ease as Nick has - despite having never met face-to-face to this date.
Nick not only proactively dealt with any potential next steps, but he also went above and beyond to make sure that I was at ease throughout the entire process. I was very skeptical of renting a place without having physically seen it in person and Nick is one of the few people who could've made me comfortable enough deciding to do so anyway.
